Shanti Cinta is more than yoga — it's a sacred space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your true self. Through restorative movement, breath, meditation, and sound, you'll release what no longer serves you and return to the present moment. Surrounded by candlelight, essential oils, and nurturing support.

Hope Pearce — THE UNWIND

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative candlelit yoga flow set to uplifting, soul-nourishing music. Designed to melt away tension, calm the nervous system, and gently awaken a sense of inner lightness and joy.

Hope Pearce — THE WORK

60 minutes of work, but the good kind. Think yoga, but with a twist. It's exhilarating soul work — the kind that leaves you feeling euphoric, transformed, and like you can tackle anything. Music moves the body, activates the mind, opens the heart.

Tracy Stringer — Candlelit Meditation

A beautiful candlelit guided meditation practice. You'll be provided with a blanket, and the ambience is set to perfection. Just show up, leave your worries at the door, and enjoy 90 minutes of guided joy.
